Search a geographic area for authorized oil and gas leases and agreements
To find information in a specific geographic
area use the Pub CR Geo Report
w/Customer.
This report is useful in finding what other
leases, rights-of-way, etc. occur a geographic
area.
Select Pub CR Geo Report w/Customer
from the reports screen.
Select the mandatory criteria to run the report:
Admin State is defaulted on.
Select Mer Twp Rng option for the meridian,
township, and range. You can enter multiple
Townships.
Select optional criteria:
Select Case Disposition to limit your query to
just authorized cases.
Select Casetype to limit your query to just Oil
and Gas casetypes.
Select Geo State if your state is administered
by another state (see list below)
Set the Admin State: Admin states that
administer more than one state are WY (NE &
WY), MT (MT, ND & SD) NM (KS, NM, OK, TX),
OR (OR & WA), and ES (all states east of the
Mississippi River).
Set the Meridian, Township, and Range.
Set the Case Disposition to “Authorized”.
Set the Casetype to “Begins with” and “31”
for all oil and gas leases and agreements.
Select the report format. The format can be
changed on the report.

and gas leases and agreements in the
township.
