Oil and Gas Leases Due to Expire
Menu Option: Oil and Gas Leases Due to Expire
Purpose: This report produces a list of oil and gas leases that will expire in the
next 30, 60, 90, or 120 days. This report will display the information by County
and include the date the lease expires, the serial number, the land description to
the section level, and the customer names. The land description for the lease
may actually be to a lower level than the section, such as lot, quarter section,
etc. but is not displayed in this report. Please refer to the serial register page for
the lease to get the full land description.
Selection Criteria:
Required Criteria: Geographic State and either 30, 60, 90, or 120 days.
Optional Criteria: County
Procedure:
1. Select Oil and Gas Lease Due to Expire from the report menu.
2. Click Set Geo State to select the geographic state. Select the state from
the list.

3. Optionally, click Set County if you would like to restrict the query only
to one or a few counties within the selected Geographic state. Select =
Equal from the drop down box and then highlight the county from the
list.

4. Select the time frame – 30, 60, 90, or 120 days from today’s date. For
example if you select 30 days than you will get all of the leases that will
be expiring in the next 30 days for the geographic state you selected.
5. Click Run Report.
