Abstracts related to the focal theme & proposed sessions are invited for the presentation in technical sessions (oral or
poster). Abstracts, not exceeding 250 words, neatly typed in MS Word or on A4 paper, in Times New Roman font
(font size 12) with full address and e-mail/ Faculties & Research scholars are cordially encouraged to present their
work in Oral/Poster session.

[email protected]) [Selection of abstracts either for Oral or Poster presentation will be
communicated by 19/02/2016.
• Online Registration [Mandatory] deadline for PG students (not below 4th Sem): 20/02/2016.
• PG students are advised to submit the registration fees only after confirmation of their
participation through e-mail by 18/02/2016.
• Participation of Faculties & Research Scholars will be given preference. Maximum
participation: 100.
• After successful submission of your details ONLINE, the signed registration form as attached
need to be filled up by the participants and should be submitted in Finance office of WBSU,
Barasat along with valid DD/Cheque latest by 17/02/2016 (for faculties & research scholars).
• The last date of submission of DD/Cheque along with signed registration form for PG students
(not below 4th Sem) will be notified through e-mail by 20/02/2016.
Registration Fee: PG (not below 4th Sem): Rs. 400/-; Research
Scholars: Rs. 600/-; Faculties: Rs. 800/-.
