The Campus Global is the UPF's intranet.
How can I access the Campus Global?
The Campus Global can be accessed from the University's home page:
www.upf.edu, and you will need a personal code and password. To obtain the
code:
1) Click on the Campus Global option on the home page of the UPF website:

3) Then you have to go to the Get the code section:
4) Finally, you must follow the instructions you find there. The system will give
you a code and as a password you should enter your date of birth in the format
DDMMYYYY:
You will find various sections in the Campus Global:
The left-hand menu contains fixed options for access to University information
and services. These options include Mail and Google Apps, the Master's Degree
Secretary's office, the Aula Global (your online study space for your subjects)
and the Department and institutes section, which you will have to use often
during your studies.
In the centre are the Notices, which are published by the various units and
services, and which allow you to keep abreast of developments as they arise in
university life at UPF.
It is very important that you check the Campus Global every day to keep up to
date with everything that affects you, as much of the information that concerns
you is only published via the intranet.
YOUR E-MAIL
UPF gives you an e-mail address that you can use throughout your stay at UPF.
How can I access my e-mail account?
From the Mail and Google Apps option in the left-hand menu of the Campus
Global.
It is very important that you check your e-mail every day, as this is the means
used to inform you about many of the formalities you will need to carry out at
UPF.
STUDENT CARD
The UPF card identifies you as a student of the University and offers you a wide
range of academic and financial benefits; it also incorporates a digital certificate
from the Catalan Certification Agency (CATCert), which digitally identifies you
with full guarantees.
With the card you can:
Use the Library/CRAI's borrowing service for books, laptops and other
audiovisual equipment; carry out formalities with the digital certificate and enjoy
commercial benefits and discounts.

DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNICATION SECRETARY
The secretary's office is the unit that provides administrative and logistical support
for postgraduate studies.
It is located in office 52.901 in the Roc Boronat building (Roc Boronat, 138) on
the Communication Campus - Poblenou, or you can send us an e-mail with your
questions, queries and comments to [email protected].

You will find various sections on the Department website:
The left-hand menu contains fixed options for access to Department information
and services. These options include the Directory of the Department's teaching
and research staff, Research, containing information on the research groups and
the Taula de Nova Recerca (New Research Board), Màsters (Masters Degree
Programmes) and Activitats (Activities).
The Highlights Section includes other matters of interest in the Department,
including RecerCat, which gives you access to the collection of Research Studies
deposited.

On the Academic website of your master's degree you will find information about:

Teaching plans (where you can consult the programme and language for
the subjects)
Opening hours
Academic regulations (compulsory registration, registration changes,
registration withdrawal, continuance standards, rejoining studies, etc.)
Continuance regulations (Continuance, number of examination sittings per
subject, applications for extraordinary examination sittings)

The Master's Degree Secretary's office is the Campus Global option that aims to
keep you up to date with all academic and administrative matters related to your
studies and to provide you with information on the current course.
It is an intranet created by the Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies Office. Here you
will find information about academic procedures (changes to registration,
continuance standards, etc..), you can access your academic transcript, request
your academic transcript, request the certificate, regulations, etc.
