Associate of Arts to Bachelor of Health Administration The following is presented as an articulation agreement between Prairie State College (PSC) and Governors State University (GSU) for the Health Administration degree program based on the current catalogs of both schools. The student would receive an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from PSC and a Bachelors of Health Administration (BHA) degree from GSU. Applicants must have obtained a minimum of 2.50 GPA for the last 60 hours. I.
