In addition to completing this supplemental sheet, please submit the following
additional documents:
1. Proof of Enrollment or acceptance letter from your academic institution.
• If you are a high school student, submit a copy of your class schedule or
letter verifying your status; OR
• If you are a college student, submit a copy of your current schedule and
unofficial transcript; OR
• If you are a student pursuing a certificate program, submit a copy of
your current schedule, unofficial transcript, and proof of certification.

If you have graduated submit proof of graduation and a final transcript.

3. Applicants claiming Veteran's Preference must include a copy their
DD-214 and SF-15 (if claiming veterans' 10 point preference)

These positions are filled on an as needed basis throughout the year and the
specific positions vary. Therefore, if interested please submit your application
