Fifte en developed picnic sites, vault restrooms, and a h and pump for potable water a re also available. E lkh orn Valley Campgro u n d : Elkhorn Vall ey offers 24 family ca mpsites, five picnic sites, river access t rails, walking trails, vault rest room s, and wa ter spigots for potable water . * Trailer Size: Larger trailers (over 24 feet in len gth) a re not reco mmend ed for most campsites. * Fees: A use fee is charged for all campsites. Golden Age a nd Access passport s are accepted. Fees collected are used to manage these sites as par t of the Fee Demonst ra tion Program. * Park Hosts: Volunteer camp host s are available to provide information and sell fire wood during posted hours. The Bureau of Land Management's Elkhorn Valley and Canyon Creek Recreation Sites, located in th e Little Nor th Santiam Recreation Area , offer high quality oppor tunities for scenic dri vin g, swim ming, h iking, ca mping, picnicking an d fishin g. Location: F rom Salem, drive east on State Hwy 22, turn left on North Fork Cou nty Road (approximately 24 miles east of Sale m - see map). * Stay Limit: There is a 14-day stay limi t for every 30-day period. * Accessib ility: Accessibility varies by site, please contact park staff for more infor mation. * Reservations: Ca mpsites are available ona "first-come , first-serve" basis. Pets: Pets are allowed , but please keep them lea shed (maximum six feet).
