The Bureau of Land Management is directed in the FY 2005 Annual Work Plan (AWP) to prepare an end-ofyear status report for Clean Water and Watershed Restoration (CWWR) projects and/or actions completed
during the fiscal year. The AWP directs all offices to submit annual accomplishments by October 30, 2005.
The status report must include the project number, project title, project accomplishments, and should
reference the dollars expended and the program elements accomplished. The report format has been
prepared to assist in your response (Attachment 1). CWWR projects include projects funded by the
Washington Office or by State Office flexible funds (Attachment 2). If a project is incomplete, the District
should explain the reasons and the expected completion date. In recent years, District submission of success
stories and digital photos has contributed greatly to Oregon’s submittal to the Washington Office. Please
submit your accomplishments electronically to Rosy Mazaika ([email protected]). If you have

Districts with Unions are reminded to notify their unions of this Information Bulletin and satisfy any
bargaining obligations before implementation. Your servicing Human Resources Office or Labor Relations
Specialist can provide you assistance in this matter.
