YIN y N N • • 3 miles of snow drift fencing 1 well Given the small size of the unit and the amount of modification there has been to vegetation along with the developments present, the imprints of humans was found to be substantially noticeable to the average visitor and the unit was found not to have naturalness. This fi nding is not consistent with ONDA's proposal for their Buzzard Creek Unit, which they found to be natural as a whole, however much ofONDA's finding of naturalness was due to developments and treatments being substantially unnoticeable across their entire Buzzard Creek Unit.
