A case study was conducted of the
partnerships that have developed
across the state health department
and the academic groups working
within the framework of tobacco
settlement funds. The case study
included interviews, content analysis
of documents, and key-event
diagrams. The goal was to give the
group and its members feedback
via formative evaluation.
