GOVERNORS STATE UNIVERSITY ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION FORM
Congratulations on your admission to Governors State University! You are joining a unique group
of talented students who will become successful leaders in the global workforce.
As GSU admits 270 freshman students each academic year, early submission of your enrollment
deposit secures your spot in the freshman class.

Methods of Payment
The $50 non-refundable enrollment deposit (is applicable to your first semester of enrollment)
can be submitted in one of four methods:
1. Electronically: submit credit card payment through myGSU Portal, https://mygsu.govst.edu.
You will need to login with the username and password found in your letter of admission.
2. In-person: you may pay by cash, credit card, money order, or personal check in the Cashier’s
Office, Room C1336.
3. Phone: you may call the Cashier’s Office (708.534.4055) to pay by credit card.
4. By U.S. Mail: send the Enrollment Confirmation Response Form in the envelope provided to:
