‫ﻷﻧﻪ ﻳﺰﻳﺪ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺪﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﳉﺎﻣﻌﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﻋﻀﺎﺀ ﻓﻴﻪ‪ ،‬ﻭﺣﻴﺚ ﺃﻥ ﺍﳉﻮﺩﺓ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺮﺓ‪ ،‬ﻓﺈﻥ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﺎﺑﺔ‬
‫ﺍﳌﺴﺘﻤﺮﺓ ﺃﻣﺮ ﺿﺮﻭﺭﻱ ﻭﻫﺎﻡ‪ .‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﻧﻈﻢ ﻭﺗﻘﻨﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﳌﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎﺕ ﻳﻌﺘﱪ ﻭﺳﻴﻠﺔ ﻓﺎﻋﻠﺔ ﻭﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪﺓ‬
‫ﺇﺣﻜﺎﻡ ﺗﻠﻚ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﺎﺑﺔ ﺑﺄﺩﻧﻰ ﺗﺪﺧﻞ ﺑﺸﺮﻱ ﻟﺘﺠﻨﻴﺒﻬﺎ ﺍﻷﺧﻄﺎﺀ ﻭﻟﻴﺰﻳﺪ ﺃﺩﺍﺀﻫﺎ ﻭﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺘﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﺃﻧﻪ‬

‫ﻭﺩﻭﺭﻫﺎ ﻣﺮﺍﻗﺒﺔ ﺍﻷﺩﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﱄ‪.‬‬
