This Study aims at identifying the theoretical framework of crisis management and the manner of treatment to a specific Case Study The study is composed of three sections The first section analyses the related concepts of crisis, its vorious types, and the developmental stages of the crisis The second section discusses the main elements of a proposed strategy that can contain the crisis prior to its rising it defines the suitable management for the targeted society of the events and the gained experience from the related crisis The third section analyses a hypothetical case study that refers to a sudden cease of work on the part of the medical staff in three hospitals in Riyadh city, and finally the study sugests certain recommendations and solutions, in order to rid off the event, based on the outcomes of the mentioned crisis
