2010-2011 Cuyamaca College and United States University Transfer Agreement:
Lower Division Major Requirements for Bachelor of Science in Science.
Please note Community College students can transfer to United States University at any time as long as they
have completed USU minimum enrollment requirements. USU’s minimum requirement is a High School Diploma or its equivalent .
The USU experience: USU students will have the opportunity to complete their Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degrees in an educationally enriching environment in courses that are held just two days a week in the evening. Each course is one month long or nine sessions in duration, making it easy for students
to work and carry out life activities successfully and fully while in school. For further information about USU please call us at the number below or meet

Information about the Bachelor of Science in Science degree: The Bachelor in Science in Science degree is for students who are interested in completing
an advanced degree in a health science field or for students who are interested in employment in health care, in the medical industry, or in education.
General Transfer Information: Students can transfer up to 60 lower-division transfer level units to USU. Each transfer course must be completed with
a “C” grade or better.
Lower Division Major Requirements for Bachelor of Science in Science:
1) Student must complete all biology courses listed below with a GPA of 2.5 (not to include Biology 150).
2) Each non-science class can be completed with a 2.0 GPA and all classes must be completed with a “C” grade or above.
