How to Get Free and Discounted Software Free and discounted Software for students The free software offer is no longer available as of June 30, 2014. A new option for Microsoft Office will be available soon and will be announced here. Meanwhile, consider using a trial version of the software, e.g. http://www.cnet.com/news/microsoftserves-up-60-day-trial-version-of-office-2013/ The new free software option will be in Office 365 which includes Office 2013. Unless you are comfortable with computer technology, I would hold off from getting a trial version of Office 365. It may get confusing when you install the student version on top of the trial version later. As a student at Seattle Central, you can get free software such as Microsoft Office 2013 and Adobe Cloud including Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and etc. at a discount. To get the software, start from an invitation email sent to your student email. Below, you will see logging in your email and subsequent steps downloading free software. You may follow a video demonstration at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UElkBqKPhL4 Before proceed, check the system requirements for the software.
