If you were looking for a particular title, find it in the result list from your search. Click on its hyperlink to reveal more information about the title (closed captioned status, brief synopsis, etc.) Web Booking Options 2. Click the check box next to the title to select it. 3. Click on the “Add to Book Bag” button to continue with booking the title. If you have more than one title to add, the button will change to “Update Book Bag,” and you need to click it to add the next title to your Book Bag. In addition to these printed instructions, also watch video clips on how to search and book SDCOE Media materials. 4. Click “Display Book Bag” button to see all of the titles you have selected for booking. 5. Click “Place a Booking in Current Book Bag” button in order to continue with booking. These ‘how to’ video clips can be found on the library home page (www.cuyamaca.edu/library) under Faculty Services —>Media Services To book materials online: From the Login Screen (for Advanced Bookings): 1. Enter your client code or your last name. Sign up for an account: You’ll need to register your email address and get a client code number to begin. There are three ways to do this: Phone: 619-718-4986 (8am-5pm, Mon-Fri) Email: [email protected] 2. Enter your password or PIN 4. Next to the Date Required, pick a date from the calendar. 5. Click on the “Check Availability” button. 6. If the title is available, you will get a message in green text stating it is available. If the title is not available, you will get a message in red text asking you to choose a different date. Click the “Go Back” button to choose a different date from the calendar. 6. Change dates as necessary until you get a green message that the title is available for booking. Web site URL: http://avserve.sdcoe.net 7. Click the “Confirm” button to complete your order. Order will not be completed until you click that button. 8. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you’ve confirmed your order. 9. Click the “Logout” button to end your session. To change a submitted order online: To search the L4U Catalog online: To change or cancel a submitted order up to 48 business hours (no weekends) prior to delivery: 1. Use the Search Box to find materials by Keyword (default), and/or select Title, Subject, Series, Collection, Language, etc. You can also use the video’s MediaNet number if you still have that. 1. Login with your Last Name/Client Code and Password/PIN 2. After you have defined your search, click on the Enter key or click a button for a search type (Keyword, Subject, Title, etc.). 5. Click the “Confirm” button to complete the transaction. 2. Go to My Profile and click on the “Advanced Bookings” button. You should then see a list of items you’ve booked. 3. Click the checkbox next to the item you wish to change to select it. 4. Click the “Delete Booking” button or “Modify Booking” button to change the status of your booked item. Note: if items are overdue, please call 619-718-4983 to extend the due date. To receive or return materials: Deliveries and return pickups are made to Cuyamaca College Library at the circulation desk every Wednesday and Friday, or you may pick up and/or return materials in person at the SDCOE office at 5304 Metro Street.
