Test Proctoring
 Contact the Test Proctor at the beginning of the semester to
complete the blue Exam Accommodation Form
 Test appointments must be scheduled 5 working days in
advance for regular tests and 10 days in advance for finals
 Take your English & Math assessments with the DSPS Test
