A. Announcements – Information will be provided about upcoming events and activities.
B. Upcoming Senate Business for Spring 2012 – An overview of Senate business for the
upcoming Spring 2012 semester will be provided.
C. District & College Council Updates – Updates will be provided on discussions and actions
taken at recent District & College Council Meetings.
D. Academic Senate Elections – Information will be provided about the upcoming Academic
Senate elections, which will include all Senate Officer’s positions, and the Part-time Faculty
Senator position.
E. Reception for Newly Tenured Faculty – An update will be provided on planning for this event
in April.

VICE PRESIDENT’S REPORT

A. SOC Committee Appointments – Nancy Jennings will report on new faculty appointments to
committees.
IV.
OTHER REPORTS

A. Student Learning Outcomes Coordinator – Tony Zambelli, newly appointed Student Learning
Outcomes (SLO) Coordinator, will provide an update on SLO planning and assessment
activities, and will lead a discussion on SLO priorities for the upcoming semester and beyond.

A. College & District Educational Master Plan – A final draft of the College & District
Educational Master Plan will be presented for review & discussion as a first read.
