1. Increase student success by ensuring appropriate preparation and placement of
students in classes
2. Enhance student success through management of the class schedule,
development and implementation of courses, programs, certificates, degrees
and events that support student and community needs
3. Maintain and enhance our comprehensive community college mission within a
safe and secure environment
4. Utilize outcomes based information to develop innovative strategies that
enhance support of student learning and success in our courses& programs
5. Develop mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance programs and services
through the pursuit of grants and other sources of revenue
6. Support a culture of ongoing professional development and wellness for all
employees
7. Enhance the sense of family within our college community by creating
opportunities for interaction between instruction, student services, and
administrative services
