Course has not been offered in several years due to budget cuts; we hope
to be able to offer the class in Spring 2013 and if we are able to SLO’s will
be assessed at that time.
Course has had all SLO’s assessed one time; data is currently in
possession of SLO coordinator and needs to be transferred to discipline
chair; course is not currently being offered due to budget constraints and
cannot currently be assessed again; unknown when we will be able to offer
the class again.
Course has been written with SLO’s, but due to budget situation it has never
been offered and we do not anticipate being able to offer it until the current
budget situation improves so that we have funds for the lab component.

To date, assessment shows students are doing well for 8 out of 12 of the
SLOs. We have made changes for fall 2012 and will reassess to see if the
SLO mastery rates for these remaining four skills have improved.

The EHSM program had an interim coordinator in 2011-2012; some SLO’s
were reviewed and discussed with existing faculty, but that process has
slowed. The new program coordinator has taken up the process and has
begun reviewing existing SLOs and will get the program back up and
running according to schedule.
Current data is based upon last years’ Program Review and the historical
data gathered

no changes; the course was not assess a second time
The score results from Reference Card Survey and Library
Instructions pre-post quiz clearly indicate that students are
demonstrating Information Competency skills. No improvement is
needed at this time.
Even though our outcome was not met, 61% of students of the
students surveyed are independently using some kind of resources
on the library homepage. The measurement tool with be redesigned and the SLO assessed again in Spring 2013.
The raw scores show 61 out of 100 students could identify at least
4 or more reserve policies and 55 out of 100 students could identify
at least 4 or more circulation policies. The percentages are
satisfactory even though we did not meet our expected outcomes
