retailers, service providers, professionals, self-employed persons,and home-basedbusinessesby
distributing its application and organizational materials, like the AISOP brochure, to mailers,
printers, and other advertising providers that serve small business.
Our contributing
members/advertising supplier members are urged to distribute and disseminate these materials as
broadly aspossibleto their small businessadvertising customersby mail, in person, or as noted in
the question, by reproducing the materials on a website. The material accessibleon the intemet
addressyou cite in your question is a copy of the AISOP brochure and membership form that has
been distributed in this manner for many years. These materials are not copywritten and can be
reproducedon the intemet, or other methods,by our membersor others. AISOP doesnot know, and
doesnot request,any personsdesiring to post its brochure or membership application on a website
to give AISOP this information or to obtain permission. AISOP doesknow that as early as 1996 its
contributing member Money Mailer requestedmembership information and postal updatesthat it
postedon its limited accessintranet site. Money Mailer continuesto haveposted as a permanentsite
accessibleto its associatesthe membership application and generalinformation about AISOP. This
content is substantially the same as the content available at the intemet addressreferencedin your
question. This arrangement,like the information postedby Super Coups, simply involves AISOP

acquired by ADVO, Inc. that it was a supporting member of AISOP and that the AISOP brochure
