Public Meeting for Recreation Projects
in the Mount Hood-Sandy River Corridor
Salem, Ore. – The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will have a table at Clackamas County’s Open
House Meeting for the Walk and Bike Plan for the Villages at Mount Hood. The BLM wants to hear from
visitors and stakeholders early in the planning process on projects within the larger Mount Hood-Sandy
River Corridor at Wildwood Recreation Site, Sandy Ridge Trail System, the former Marmot Dam Site, and
the Wildcat area. Projects will provide additional recreation opportunities and enhance recreation
experiences. This meeting will be held on April 14, 2016, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Resort at the
Mountain – Lolo Pass Room, 68010 E Fairway Ave., Welches, Oregon 97067.
