Roseburg, Ore. – The Bureau of Land Management, Roseburg District, has issued a closure of the Buck Springs Road, located three miles south of Camas Valley, OR, due to unstable road conditions caused by heavy rains.

Buck Springs Road Closed to Through Traffic
Roseburg, Ore. – The Bureau of Land Management, Roseburg District, has issued a closure of the
Buck Springs Road, located three miles south of Camas Valley, OR, due to unstable road
conditions caused by heavy rains.
The unstable road segment is located on road 29-8-29.2, near mile post 4, located at:
T. 30S, R. 08W, Section 04.
“The heavy rains we have received over the past several days have had impacts on the road
network,” said Steve Lydick, South River Field Manager. “Our engineers have indicated a section
of Buck Springs Road has dropped about a foot at present. For public safety we will be temporarily
closing the road to through traffic until further notice.”
