Citrix First Time Login
For users who have never logged into Citrix: here are a few things you need to know to make your first
experience easier.
1. Go to https://citrix.seattlecentral.edu
2. At the login screen, type in your login name. Your login name is the same as your email alias. (i.e. –
Theodore Cleaver = TCleaver)
3. If you have never used Citrix before, your password will be set to the default format. The default
format is “P(the last six digits of your SID)!” So for instance, if Theodore Cleaver’s SID was
“987654321”, his initial log in password would be “P654321!”
 If you can’t remember your Citrix password, NEED can reset it for you at EXT. 6333.
Note: The computer will now check for the Citrix Receiver. If it is not installed, you will be prompted
