1) Saturday’s game will mark Liberty’s first visit to the Millis Center since the Lady Flames
won the 2012 Big South title there on March 11, 2012. Liberty went 14-2 at the Millis

• Liberty will hope to continue a recent trend of road victories during its head-to-head series with High Point. The Panthers have won at the Vines Center in back-to-back years,
including a 71-63 triumph on Jan. 17. Meanwhile, the Lady Flames have defeated the
Panthers the last six times they have faced off at the Millis Center.
• The Lady Flames’ most recent game at the Millis Center was the title contest of the 2012
Big South Women’s Basketball Championship, which saw Liberty defeat host High Point,
81-73. Liberty played 16 games at the Millis Center between 2008-09 and 2011-12, going
14-2 and winning three Big South titles at the facility.
• High Point’s Kendra Wallace scored a career-high 18 points during the Panthers’ victory
at Liberty on Jan. 17. Her brother, Doug Wallace, was a pitcher for the Liberty baseball
team (2006-08) and her sister-in-law, Jenna (Eatmon) Wallace, played for the Liberty
softball team (2008-10).

• Liberty posted its seventh consecutive road victory on Thursday with a 78-56 win at
Campbell.
• It was the Lady Flames’ second win over the Lady Camels in 13 days and improved head
coach Carey Green’s Big South road record to 89-11.
• The Lady Flames broke open a close game with a 25-6 surge that spanned both halves.
• For the 17th consecutive game, Liberty won the rebounding battle (51-25) and held its
opponent below 50 percent field goal shooting (32.1 percent).
• Liberty shot the ball well from the field (47.5 percent) and three-point range (46.7 percent).
• The Lady Flames tallied more bench points than their opponent (41-35) for the seventh
consecutive game.
• Devon Brown scored a game-high 17 points in only 21 minutes of playing time, becoming the fourth Lady Flame ever to score 1,800 career points. She finished the game with
1,812 career points.
• Ashley Rininger came off the bench to post her second straight double-double, with 13
points and a game-high 10 rebounds.
• Tolu Omotola added 10 points, seven rebounds and three blocked shots, and Liberty
improved to 34-4 all-time when she scores in double figures.
• Reagan Miller reached double digits for the second time in the last four games, tallying
10 points.
• Katelyn Adams ended a career-long streak of 13 straight made free throws but was still
able to total eight points and eight rebounds in just 13 minutes of action.

The Lady Flames won the rebounding battle by 26 boards (51-25) on Thursday at Campbell, continuing a recent trend of dominance on the glass within the Big South.
• Liberty has outrebounded all 10 Big South opponents this season, by an average of 20.4
boards per game.
• The Lady Flames have outrebounded 20 straight Big South foes, dating back to 2011-12.

Liberty is shooting quite well at the free throw line during the last four games, hitting 75.8

• Campbell scored a career-high 19 points versus Longwood on Jan. 26, marking the first
time she had ever scored in double digits at the Vines Center. She also set a career high
with four three-pointers made.
• Shooting 56 percent (14-of-25) from three-point range during the last 11 games
• Campbell reached double figures in the scoring column for the second straight game,

• Rininger pulled down a career-high 12 rebounds during a Dec. 13 triumph over Bluefield
State, tying teammate Katelyn Adams for game-high honors. Rininger and Adams’ dozen
boards are the most by a Liberty freshman since Jasmine Gardner had 13 rebounds
against Glenville State on Nov. 30, 2010.
