highest achievers
and innovators
The Sustainability & Resource Awards
Now in its 9th year the CIWM Sustainability and
Resource Awards recognise, acknowledge and
celebrate the achievements, innovation and contribution
of companies, local authorities, professionals and academics for their work across all aspects of the industry. These
are the leading awards for the UK sustainability and resources sector providing a platform to recognise and reward
those that lead the way into a more sustainable future.
CIWM is working towards a world where resources are kept working, where waste is put back to work and
residues are carefully disposed of. The CIWM Awards exist to support this vision, acknowledging the organisations
and people who make it happen.
There are huge advances in operations, technology and knowledge every year. The industry, and the sectors that
surround it, are full of amazing achievements and innovations, which the CIWM Awards exist to recognise.
Attended by over 400 delegates across the industry and judged by respected experts in the sector, these premier
awards are entered and sponsored by organisations from all over the UK who are passionate about excellence and
thought leadership.
