Standard Prices
1. Licence Fee (renewable annually)
For training providers and employer/company: includes one Validate Toolkit (memory
card/folder) and initial Quality Assurance and Induction (QAI):
Price: £300
2. Certification Fee
It is a requirement of the licence agreement that all candidates are certificated. Each
certificate can contain up to five modules. Bulk purchase offer available (see below):
Price: £20 (for a single certificate)
3. External Quality Assurance (EQA)
A compulsory annual moderation visit for training providers and employer/company:
Price: £250 (based on one site + travel expenses)
3. Assessor Development Programme
A one-day course, based on the relevant occupational standards, which is designed to provide
the necessary skills/knowledge to undertake the Validate assessments.

4. Second and Subsequent Toolkits
Only available to current licence holders:
Price: £99
5. Licence Renewal Fee (Second and subsequent years)
Licence renewal fee, payable on anniversary:
Price: £300 (for training providers and employer/company)
6. Bulk Purchase Certificates
Option for licence holders to advance purchase certificates in bulk for use over 18 months from
date of purchase, any unused certificates would be forfeited after this time.






50 certificates @ £950 (5% saving for customer)
100 certificates @ £1860 (7% saving for customer)
200 certificates @ £3600 (10% saving for customer)
300 certificates @ £5280 (12% saving for customer)
400 certificates @ £6800 (15% saving for customer)
500 certificates @ £8300 (17% saving for customer)
Additional saving: annual External Quality Assurance fee of £250 waived for all purchases of
200+ certificates.
