If we are selected to go to a destination that the committee has chosen that you have marked, you will be charged! If you are not selected, your order will be shredded. If you are selected, you will be notified via email or phone call. Fans will be notified the morning of Monday, March 18th regarding whether or not they received tickets. Seats are limited and ticket orders will be filled in Flames Club priority order based upon membership level and loyalty point total. Placing an order does not guarantee that seats will be awarded. Orders must be received by Friday, March 15th at 6PM to qualify for priority seating. Orders received after Friday, March 15th at 6PM may not be awarded. There is a four ticket limit on all orders. Order forms can be returned via email as an attachment to [email protected], by calling the Ticket Office at (434) 582‐SEAT (7328) or via fax at (434) 582‐2076. If the Lady Flames advance to an additional round at the same site, you will be charged for the next round automatically. For the men’s tournament, if the Flames advance past the second round you will be automatically charged for the third round at the same site.
