How to Link Project from OneDrive into MyeFolio

To Save files to OneDrive and Link in MyeFolio:
Log In to Office 365:
1. Make sure that you can readily locate files and/or have Compressed/Zipped any folders that you would
like to share. (Note: Non-compressed/zipped folders cannot be shared.)
2. Go to http://outlook.office365.com and enter your VCSU email address. Upon pressing Tab or Enter,
you will be redirected to a pop-up window to enter your User Name and Password.
3. Click on “OneDrive” in the Blue menu bar across the top containing (Outlook, Calendar, People,
Newsfeed, OneDrive, Sites, and Tasks).
4. Go to the “Shared with Everyone” Folder on the OneDrive Documents page.
5. Options for uploading:
a. Click “Upload” and “Browse” to select the file
b. Reduce screen size and Drag file or compressed/zipped folder to box that says “Drop Here”.
6. Once the file is uploaded, click the ellipses next to the file (...) to open the menu.
7. Click “Share” in pop-up window with options to Edit, Share, or Follow.
8. Click “Get a Link” in the Left Menu Bar.
9. Under either “View Only” or “Edit”, Click “Create Link”.

Click in the link and use CTRL+C or right-click on the link in the box to Copy it to the clipboard. Click
Close.
To make the item available in MyeFolio:
1. Login to MyeFolio at http://login.myeFolio.com
2. Expand New Content -> Web Content, then OneDrive. Click “Create” from the yellow box.
3. Enter a URL Label. Paste the guest link into the URL field. Create a title and description if desired. Check
box to open in New Window so views can return to your myeFolio after viewing the file. Click “Save”.
4. Expand “My Content -> OneDrive”. Drag the item onto a page as desired and “Preview”.
