It remains deployed to provide ongoing operational provisioning and activation services for individual subscriber changes. See Cisco Prime Collaboration 11.x Data Sheet for further details. Quick Service Provisioning for Existing Users Provisions initial or additional services for a user already defined in Prime Collaboration Provisioning, without using the ordering wizard that involves multiple steps to order a service. An Add-on Service is available for quick provisioning in the Service Details pane on the User Provisioning page. For more information, see the Accessing User Records for a User section. Cisco Systems, Inc. www.cisco.com New Features and Changed Features Batch Provisioning Support Enhancement The following services are supported through the Batch Provisioning: • Geolocation • Geolocation Filter • Run On All Active Unified CM Nodes • Incoming Called Party Unknown Use Device Pool CSS For more information, refer to the Batch Help available in the Prime Collaboration Provisioning application. New Attribute Support in Hunt Pilot The following attributes are supported in Hunt Pilot through Batch Provisioning, and the user interface through the Infrastructure Configuration and Configuration template: • Alerting Name • ASCII Alerting Name • Maximum Hunt Timer • Do Not Forward Unanswered Calls • Use Forward Settings of Line Group Member • Forward Unanswered Calls to: – Destination – Calling Search Space For more information, refer to the Batch Help available in the Prime Collaboration Provisioning application. Service URL on Endpoint Support You, as an administrator, can specify the Service URLs (SURLs) in the endpoint/UDP templates so that standardized services (such as weather reports or stock information) appear on the endpoints of the user. This is: • Supported through Batch Provisioning and user interface. • Merged with Subscribe Service attribute. • Available while ordering endpoints and EM Access, and creating service template. • You must run subscriber synchronization to get all the existing SURL. • You can add, change, or remove SURL for endpoints and EM Access. • For Cisco Unified CM 9.x, Index, Label, and ASCII Label attributes are supported for SURL. For Cisco Unified CM 10.x and above, only Index and Label attributes are supported for SURL. For more information, refer to the Batch Help available in the Prime Collaboration Provisioning application. SMTP Notification Setting on Cisco Unity Connection You can provision SMTP Notification device settings for users in Cisco Unity Connection through batch. It enables users in Cisco Unity Connection to add, modify, or remove the SMTP Notification device. For more information, see Batch Action File Columns for Adding, Changing, or Removing SMTP Notification Device. Release Notes for Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning 11.1 2 New Features and Changed Features Connect Inbound Call before Playing Queuing Announcement The following infrastructure products are supported through batch provisioning's add and change functionality: – SIP Profile – H323 Gateway You have the option to enable this check box if you want Cisco Unified CM to send the carrier a CONNECT message before playing the hunt group announcements. You should enable this feature if the carrier trunk does not support in-band call status updates or if external callers report that they are unable to hear hunt group announcements. For more information, refer to the Batch Help available in the Prime Collaboration Provisioning application. Process Management You can restart services such Apache, WildFly, PostgreSQL, and NICE from the user interface.You can also: • Reboot the Linux server and restart the Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning application. • Know when and who restarted the service from the restart history table. For more information, see Process Management. Schedule Synchronization The Scheduled Synchronization command line script utility is now migrated to user interface. Using schedule synchronization, you can schedule periodic processor and domain synchronization. You can edit, cancel, and delete existing synchronization jobs and view details such as the job status, synchronization status. On upgrade, the earlier configured command-line schedule synchronization is migrated to the job in the user interface. For more information, see Schedule Synchronization. SSL Certificate Enhancements You can generate, download, and view the certificates through the user interface. You can also upload provisioning and LDAP certificates. For more information, see Managing SSL Certificate. Monitoring the Nice Server You can verify the NICE server status through Administration > Process Management. Administrators can receive notification by email on the NICE server failure. A NICE Restart check box, under Administration > System Notification Settings, enables you to send email notification about the NICE server restart. Service Template Assignment Enhancement In the User Role setup page, the Service Template Assignment table is added with a new Endpoint Model column. The new column enables different phone models to be defined with their default templates, so that the quick provisioning function can use this setup to automatically choose the template. Release Notes for Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning 11.1 3 Cisco Prime Collaboration Bugs General • Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning 11.1 supports Cisco UC 11.5 devices. • The supported devices for this release are listed in the Supported Devices for Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning 11.1 document. • The supported browser versions are listed in the Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning 11.x Install and Upgrade Guide. • The Versions drop-down field is no longer displayed in the user interface when Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express and Cisco Unity Express are chosen during the process of adding a device. • The following timer attributes are supported for the Cisco ATA 190 endpoint (Unified CM 11.5) through the Prime Collaboration Provisioning user interface: – Reorder Delay (0-30s) – RTP Packet Time (10-160ms) Cisco Prime Collaboration Bugs For more information on a specific bug or to search all bugs in a specific Prime Collaboration release, see Using the Bug Search Tool, page 5. This section contains the following information: • Open Bugs, page 4 • Using the Bug Search Tool, page 5 Open Bugs The following tables list the open bugs in Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning 11.1: Table 1 Open Bugs in Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning 11.1 Bug ID Description CSCva02873 When upgrading from Prime Collaboration Provisioning 10.6 to Prime Collaboration Provisioning 11.1 or above, CA-signed certificates are removed and self-signed certificates are created. The existing CA-signed certificate is backed up in /opt/Temp/cupm11.1-*/httpd. You have to manually configure the CA-signed certificates. Refer Known Issue section in the Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning 11.x Install and Upgrade Guide for the procedure to manually configure the CA-signed certificates. CSCuw03504 150K/20K/3K: Subscriber Syncs on Unity Connection are not successful. You must install a patch on both, the Prime Collaboration server, and the Unity Connection server. This patch can be obtained from your TAC representative. CSCuu32242 Batch UI: Some issues are observed in stopping a batch project. CSCuy85184 When you are upgrading from the base version 9.x through any intermediate supported upgrade paths, for example: 9.x > 10 > 10.5.1 > 10.6 > 11.0 > 11.1, you must delete /opt/cupm/sep/ipt/lib/commons-collections.jar file and then perform upgrade. Step 1 Go to http://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch. Step 2 At the Log In screen, enter your registered Cisco.com username and password; then, click Log In. The Bug Search page opens. Note If you do not have a Cisco.com username and password, you can register for them at http://tools.cisco.com/RPF/register/register.do. Step 3 To search for a specific bug, enter the bug ID in the Search For field and press Return. Step 4 To search for bugs in the current release: a. In the Search For field, enter Prime Collaboration 11.1 and press Return. (Leave the other fields empty.) b. When the search results are displayed, use the filter tools to find the types of bugs you are looking for. You can search for bugs by modified date, status, severity, and so forth.
