They are made available as part of the Unified CCE software maintenance strategy. Cisco Unified ICM/Contact Center Enterprise & Hosted, Release 9.0(3) is the second maintenance release built on Cisco Unified ICM/Contact Center Enterprise & Hosted, Release 9.0(1). Maintenance releases for particular versions are cumulative; they include code updates present in earlier minor, maintenance releases and engineering specials (ESs) for their respective version. Due to this, ensure you read the previous Unified CCE 9.0(1) and 9.0(2) Release Notes prior to installing Release 9.0(3). Stop all ICM services. Uninstall any ES that are installed on the servers. Double-click the maintenance release file to begin the installation. Ten digit support for Agent Extension for Avaya PG Avaya PG now supports 10 digits extension for agent PG. Patch version CMS R16 is mandatory for this feature. You must run the Avaya PG set up after installing the 9.0(3) patch. For more information regarding the configuration, refer the Cisco Unified ICM ACD Supplement Guide for Avaya Communication Manager. Support for Sprint NIC Sprint NIC is now supported. For more information regarding driver details, refer the Hardware and System Software Specification (Bill of Materials) for Cisco Unified ICM/Contact Center Enterprise & Hosted. Support for 300 Outbound campaigns Support for Outbound campaigns increased from 100 to 300. This higher scalability is applicable for Outbound deployments with SIP dialer, and where the router and logger are on separate machines. This is not applicable to SCCP dialers or Rogger deployments. For further details, refer to Hardware and System Software Specification (Bill of Materials) for Cisco Unified ICM/Contact Center Enterprise & Hosted 9.0(1) document. Qualification with CCMP 9.1(1) Cisco Unified CCE 9.0(3) is qualified with CCMP 9.1(1).
