The program content includes the following: Program I- -A description and discus sian of Freudian, Adlerian, Behavioralistic, and Humanistic psychotherapies. topics include Other Martin Buber' s "!-Thou" philosophy in relationship to psychotherapy; the struggle for identity; the process and resistance to change; breaking through resistance; intra-psychic conflict; and, building a relationship with a client. Program TI--The discussion focuses on the reading and analysis of a psychological monologue entitled, A Counselor," e>l979 Marvin Chernoff, Ph. D. "Chaim Meets Topics include anxiety neurosis; transference neurosis; feelings of helplessness and guilt; anger; feelings of persecution; existential anxiety; and helping the client to focus on his feelings. iv Program III- -The reading and analysis of psychological monologue, Ph.
