How We Help
•
Healthcare organizations face significant challenges to achieve higher standards of care and member
satisfaction while improving financial performance and delivering more value to their customers. Data-driven
analytics offer powerful insight into solutions for these challenges, and Inovalon uniquely combines
comprehensive data sets, expert analysis, and a nationwide infrastructure to validate and improve gaps in
care, quality, documentation, and assessment — turning insight into action.
•
Inovalon clients enjoy the ability to engage with us in one area of their business and then incorporate other
offerings into their operations to address a variety of challenges without the complexity of data integration
and contract management across multiple vendors. As health plans face the challenges of the evolving
healthcare industry, many are turning to Inovalon to provide effective, data-driven solutions for the following:
•
•
Risk score accuracy
•
Quality measurement and improvement
•
Data management
•
Medical record audit support
•
Risk score verification processes
•
Care management
No longer can the healthcare landscape afford the inefficiencies of disease management initiatives operating
unaware of quality improvement programs, or member outreach efforts failing to leverage knowledge of
recent emergency room visits. Data is driving a difference in healthcare – bringing meaningful improvements
to all members of the healthcare community.

Who We Help
•
Health Plans: At Inovalon we are working closely with nearly 200 health plans in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and
the District of Columbia to achieve a meaningful impact in today’s healthcare. At the core of our effort is a
focus on medical informatics – improving its accuracy – improving its insight – and improving its impact. With
our industry expertise and unique approach, we provide unmatched solutions that are meaningfully improving
clinical and quality outcomes, disease management, and the financial efficiencies.
•
Physicians: Inovalon’s solutions are designed with significant clinical insight and consideration of the
healthcare provider’s goals. On a daily basis, on behalf of many parties within the healthcare community,
Inovalon’s solution suite connects with thousands of practitioners, their offices, and patients as part of our
mission to improve healthcare data accuracy, quality of care, disease management, and the overall care
delivery system efficiency. We are highly dedicated to these causes.
•
Patients and Members: Every person is unique. Every person is important. We understand this point and have
made it a focus of our efforts. In fact, we believe so strongly that each person is unique and important that
Inovalon's entire approach is a dedication to understanding the uniqueness and making a commitment to
delivering meaningful support and improvement.
•
Researchers: The ability to perform large scale healthcare data analyses, abstract and aggregate millions of
clinical cases, coordinate patient and provider project communications, is driving innovation in today's
healthcare landscape. Inovalon's systems are empowering these changes for the researchers and leaders of
tomorrow's healthcare improvements.
