All NIA Show Rules are to be followed. A copy of these is attached to this contract.
The Chesapeake Bay Insulator Club, the Show Host, and the Berkeley County Roundhouse
Authority are not responsible for any damage, theft or injury, before, during or after this show.
All sale material must be clearly priced.
All items that are fake, altered or reproduced must be clearly marked.
All repairs must be clearly marked.
No one will be admitted during setup time without a proper name tag. No early admissions.
Only one helper per dealer.
Sales material must consist of insulators, bottles, railroad, telephone, telegraph and tabletop
collectibles.
All contracts must be signed and accompanied by a check when returned to the show host.
No refunds after August 5.
Dealers must stay set up until the end of the show.
Setup will be Saturday from 7 a.m. until 9 a.m.; Show hours are 9 a.m. until 1 p.m
Eight foot tables are $30 each. Costs are payable with your signed contract.
Sign up early! We would like to have your contract by August 5 if possible
although we will continue to accept contracts until all tables are sold.
