The 2014 New Jersey Dental Clinic Directory provides a central source of information on public dental clinics and services in New Jersey. These
clinic services are primarily provided by local health departments, hospitals and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
The inclusion of any individual or organization in this Directory does not constitute or imply an endorsement by the New Jersey Department of
Health. The information contained in the document is from organizations that responded to a "Dental Health Services Survey" conducted by the
New Jersey Department of Health. Please note that clinic information is subject to change.
The dental clinic directory is designed to assist people who have difficulty accessing appropriate dental care due to insurance or financial
constraints. Many of the clinics have financial and/or residency requirements. Patients should be advised to call for an appointment and ask
about required documentation regarding income or residency.

other nearby counties.
