Thanksgiving Break Housing Application Agreement
Please complete the following application for Thanksgiving housing and return it to the Residence Life and
Housing Office, Hurst Hall by Monday, November 16, 2015. This Year Thanksgiving housing is in Tolley
and Brown for residents of Tolley and Brown. You will stay in your current room. Students from all other
residence halls will have to move to a vacant room within another residence hall. The residence hall has yet to
be determined. You should anticipate having a roommate over Thanksgiving Break.
There will be a non-refundable charge of $220 for the break which includes meals. This amount must be
prepaid and the Business Office must sign the application below when this fee is paid. If for some reason we
are unable to provide you with housing, the entire amount will be refunded to you.

Agreement
You will be held responsible for any residence hall damage that occurs in the room/hall from check-in on
Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 10 a.m. through check-out on Sunday, November 30, 2014. You will move
back to your permanent assignment at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 29, 2015. You must return your key
to the Residence Life Office (Hurst) on Monday, Nov. 30, 2015. The following rules will be in effect:





No parties
Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited for those under 21
years of age
No overnight guests
No door propping
Observance of all University policies such as those in Daniel’s Dictionary
By granting you housing during the interim break, the Housing Office expects your full cooperation on the
items listed above. Violation of any of these rules may result in disciplinary action.
