Why do I have multiple records in ISIS?
If you have several student instances, you will have multiple records in ISIS. It’s important to select the
appropriate record in order to proceed with registration, payment, or applying to a different Institute.
For example, students registering as a Special Student Limited may have two student instances:
1. Public Health NC / SSLTD – select this student record to access your Admissions tab, where you
can upload requirements and/or apply to a different Institute.
2. Public Health/SS-LTD – select this student record to access your Registration tab.
Students who are registering or who have only registered as non-degree seeking will have only one
student record – Public Health NC/Non-Credit. You should be able to select the Admissions, Registration
and Billing tabs when selecting this student record.
Degree-seeking students may also have more than one student record. If you have enrolled in multiple
degree programs, you should have a record for each program. Select your active student record to
register, view bills, make payment, etc.
