EMPLOYER TABLING GUIDELINES
Note:
Employers are welcome to “table” at the Drew “Commons” (dining hall) following
approval by the Center for Internships and Career Development. Contact Richard
White at [email protected] The focus of your visit must be job or career-related.
Here are the details:

Drew Commons; next to the Simon Forum
Days:
Monday through Friday
Recommended Times:
11:45 AM-1:15 PM
Reservation and Fee:
It’s first-come, first served; request approval from Richard
White; it’s free—no fee
Tables:
5; located in the main entrance way
Anticipated Students:
Roughly 1,000
Parking:
In the large parking lot next to the Simon Forum on the right
and baseball field on the left. We will inform Drew’s Public
Safety Department of your visit.
Entrance to Drew:
Enter at the light at the intersection of Madison Avenue
(Route 124) and Lancaster Avenue. Drive straight ahead
and park in the large lot. Coming from Morristown, it’s your
first entrance to Drew on your right. Coming from Madison,
it’s your third entrance to Drew on your left.
Bring:
Flyers, handouts, job descriptions, business cards, a table
cloth, and a sign identifying your organization and what you
are hiring for: part-time jobs, internships, or full-time jobs
