How to process Certified Mail 1. Fill out the green Certified Mail Receipt form by putting in the recipients address at the bottom of the form. Please note this is only for your reference. 2. If you are doing a return receipt card with it, remove the adhesive tracking number at the top of the form (or right end), and stick it in line #2 (Article number) on the return receipt form. 3. Remove the self adhesive backing from the barcode section and fold the sticker over the top of the envelope to the right of the return address section. Dotted line should be at the top of the envelope with the excess folding over the back. 4. Please leave the receipt portion that you filled out attached to the envelope. The Campus Post office will finish filling it out and return it via campus mail to you. 5. Please be sure to have your name and box number on the top of the receipt portion. 6. Please be sure your 4 digit org number is on the return address portion of the envelope. 7. If you are using a return receipt card, please see separate instructions. Please drop your envelope off before 2:30 pm at the Campus Post Office window.
