1. Fill out the adhesive Express Mail shipping label by completing:
a. Your address and phone number
b. The delivery address and phone number
c. Please check if you want the recipient’s signature waived
If you do not check this box and sign it, the recipient will have to be available to sign for the
mail. This may cause a delay for some residential customers
d. Please put your name and box number in the upper right corner so we can return your
receipt for tracking via campus mail
e. Please put your 4 digit org number in the lower left so we know what account to charge.
f. If you want to check the guaranteed delivery time, please visit this web site and enter
17027 as your origin zip code and put in the delivery zip code and today’s date

After completing this form, remove the adhesive backing and adhere to the Flat Rate
Express Envelope. Place your items inside and seal your envelope.
Shipping labels and envelopes are available at the Campus Post Office and the work table
outside the Campus Store.
Please drop your envelope off before 2 pm at the Campus Post Office window.
