IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A VALID ISI CARD THAT DOESN'T EXPIRE BEFORE JULY 31, SCAN THE
CARD AND SEND IT TO THE IBI ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.
The International Business Institute will be purchasing a complimentary International Student
Identity Card for each student attending IBI 2016. The card offers student discounts at many of
the locations that IBI will be visiting. There are only a few lines on the attached form that you
will need to complete.

Complete your “Personal Information” – Name and Date of Birth
Complete your “Permanent Address” (home address)
“Institution Name” is your College’s name.
Complete “School Address”
Apply for your ID Card today!
Visit your nearest ISIC (Student), ITIC (Teacher) or IYTC (Youth) Issuing
