How to submit a vehicle request in 25 Live
1. Go to SCC home page. Click on events
2. On Events page Click on "25 Live Event Portal" Employee Login tab on the left side of the p age. It is a blue tab. It will take you to
25 Live.
3. After 25 Live loads, login using MEID and password. Your screen may look a little different depending on your
operating system. 25 Live works best with Google Chrome or Firefox.

4. Click on the event wizard tab to create a vehicle request. It will open up a new screen. You need to fill up all the fields in the first
page and click next. All the fields marked with red asterisks are required.
5. First Screen- Input:
 Authorized Driver Name
 Travel Destination
 Event type- Always travel for vehicle request
6. Second Screen- Input:
 Primary Organization for Driver. Search for your organization by name.
 Type in expected head count for travel.
 Put in travel date and time. If you have ad hoc dates change the field “Event repeats” to Ad hoc dates and add dates
7. Third Screen- Input:
 Search the categories to pick vehicle and then select the vehicle from the available options. The available vehicles will show
a green check mark next to the name and the unavailable ones will show a red triangle with an exclamation sign.
 For event categories pick Travel and Publish to vcalendar.
8. Fourth Screen- Input: Input purpose of the trip and event description to be published on the web.
9. You can skip the fifth screen. The scheduler can add the resources for travel.
10. Sixth screen input: Enter Contact Email, Name and Phone number and press finish at the bottom of screen
Press Finish to save your vehicle request
11. After you save your request the scheduler will be able to access your request, process it and send you the confirmation. You will
not receive any confirmation email so hang in there; the scheduler will be able to access your request if you have saved it. You can
also send an email to [email protected] to confirm that the scheduler has received your request. Please allow 5-10 business
days to process your request.
