BLOCK CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
This program provides hands on training in
a state of the art kitchen with dining rooms
that are open to the public to give real
life experience for students in all facets of
production that are aligned with industry
standards.
Students may begin this full time certificate
program in August or January and may
complete the online application at any time
during the year.
ADVANCED PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM
AMERICAN CULINARY FEDERATION
PROGRAM CERTIFICATION
ACF accreditation provides our students with
opportunities for professional certifications, and
nationwide contact for advancement.
These total immersion courses are designed
for individuals after completion of a block
certificate program or those with comparable
industry experience.
Each class is 32 hours of intensive hands on
training designed to maximize skill attainment in
a specific area.
ONLINE CULINARY PROGRAM
This program of study is designed for individuals
who wish to learn the fundamentals of culinary
arts at home.
These classes provide fundamental skills in
Bakery/Pastry, Hot Foods and Garde Manger.

Each program offers a certificate of
completion, as well as the ability to obtain an
Associate Degree with the addition of general
academic classes through transfer from other
institutions or completion at SCC.
