Students may begin this full time certificate program in August or January and may complete the online application at any time during the year. ADVANCED PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM AMERICAN CULINARY FEDERATION PROGRAM CERTIFICATION ACF accreditation provides our students with opportunities for professional certifications, and nationwide contact for advancement. These total immersion courses are designed for individuals after completion of a block certificate program or those with comparable industry experience. Each class is 32 hours of intensive hands on training designed to maximize skill attainment in a specific area. ONLINE CULINARY PROGRAM This program of study is designed for individuals who wish to learn the fundamentals of culinary arts at home.
