what you can expect
Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) using
AutoCAD software provides the graphic base
for a program core focused on delivering
technical and informational skills required for
entry-level production work in architecture
and related industries. Lessons are realworld based, incorporating typical design
industry conventions, code requirements,
local construction methods, and the problemsolving skills typically required for success.
You will build knowledge and skills by working
from given preliminary designs through a
series of tightly integrated assignments and
classes which address the development
of professional quality residential and
commercial working drawings.
Residential faculty are registered architects
who conduct classes in an office-like
atmosphere designed to simulate the
professional workplace.
