DROP FORM Term: Term: for Special Students Limited Only Year 13-14 Instructions: In order to drop a course as a Special Student Limited (SSL), please submit this form to the Records & Registration Office (R&R) via fax to 410-955-0464, drop off at the Student Affairs Office, Suite E1002, or mail to the Records and Registration Office, Suite E1002, 615 N. Wolfe St., Baltimore, MD 21205. Your payment for the course will be refunded through the Student Accounts Office. Students can drop courses through the end of the Add/Drop Period for the appropriate academic term and receive a full tuition refund. Students can also use this form to withdraw from classes after the Add/Drop Period has ended. Students can withdraw from a course up to two weeks prior to the end of an academic term, but will not receive a refund and will receive a "W" (for Withdrawn) for the course on the transcript. Students wishing to Audit a course must obtain instructor permission and provide written/e-mail documentation to the R&R Office. Requests to change to or from Audit will not be accepted after the Add/Drop Period for a term. This form is for Special Students Limited only. Degree candidates must use the Add/Drop Form.
