A good schedule for a week
• Check how you fullfill these needs:
Regular times for food
Regular times for rest
Regular sleeping habits
Enough long working period with the same
assignement.
Step 2 ”What do you want with
your life"?
• What is your overall goal?
• How do you use that goal - vision in your
daily life.
In a project the vision should always guide
the work.
• Make a week-schedule you would like to follow!

responsible for your doings.

• Give yourself a reward when successfull
