•MEDICAL Comments: SCC: On 10/21/14 at about 1209 hrs a student reported that she was having an asthma attack, while she was sitting in class in the LC building. Salt River
Fire Paramedics were called to the scene and treated the student. Her mother was also called to the campus and drove her home.

•MEDICAL Comments: SCC: On 10-21-2014 at 1021 hours a Scottsdale Community College student was not feeling well and asked for medical assistance by Salt River Fire
Department. When Salt River Fire arrived the student did not want to be medically evaluated and Salt River Fire and Scottsdale Community College Public Safety
terminated the contact upon the student's request.

•TRAFFIC ACCIDENT - HIT/RUN, PRIVATE PROP DAMG
Comments: SCC: On 10-23-2014 at approximately 1030 hours a white older model vehicle made a left hand turn in Scottsdale Community College's (I-Lot), making
contact with the driver side front panel of a black 2001 Porsche Boxster, causing white paint transfer and scrapes to the Porsche. The white vehicle did not stop at the
scene and the license plate and identification of the driver is unknown. There was no surveillance footage of the incident.

•MEDICAL Comments: SCC: On 10-24-2014 at approximately 1222 hours a member of the Scottsdale Community College Fitness and Wellness Center called Salt River Fire
after feeling light headed and hot. Salt River Fire responded, vitals appeared normal, and the subject was released to herself after declining to go to the hospital.
