The School has identified three school-wide competencies for SPH graduates.
Upon graduation, students will be able to do the following:
1. Apply principles of ethical conduct to public health research and practice.
2. Integrate and synthesize information to solve problems, inform policy, formulate appropriate
questions, generate hypotheses, and practice evidence-based decision-making in public health.
3. Prepare and deliver effective written and oral communications for scientific and professional
public health audiences.
