WHO HAVE THIS CARD!
If you are filling a prescription for a newborn who has an infant card, you
must also provide the following insurance cards to the pharmacist:
o Mother’s Medicaid Managed Care card or;
o Mother’s Medicaid card;
o Any other Health Insurance card the child could be covered under.
