Activities: Warm Up: Go over Test # 8/Questions.
Whole Class Instruction: Review for Final Exam Questions # 1 – 40. Model the odd numbers
as whole class instruction.
Guided Practice: Students work on evens in the final exam review packet in a group or with a
partner. # 2 – 40 evens
Materials: spiral notes, final exam review packet, textbook, previous test.
Follow Up/HW: Finish review packet # 1 – 40.
Objective: SWBAT review for final exam.
Activities: Warm Up: Question from # 1 – 40 from final exam review packet.
Whole Class Instruction: Demonstrate # 41 – 60 as whole class instruction. Model how to do
the odd numbers.
Guided Practice: Students will work with their partners or in groups on # 42 – 60 (evens).
Materials: spiral notes, previous test, final exam review packet, textbook.
Follow Up/HW: Finish final exam review packet # 41 – 60.

Objective: SWBAT show mastery over graphing quadratics in vertex, intercept, and standard
form and identify axis of symmetry, x-intercepts, y-intercept, vertex, minimum or maximum.
Activities: Warm Up: Questions over study guide.
Assessment: Graphing Quadratics and identifying vertex, x-intercepts, axis of symmetry, yintercept, minimum and maximum. Test # 8
Materials: study guide/Test # 8
Follow Up/HW: none
Wed/Thur
Objective: SWBAT review graphing quadratics in standard, vertex, and intercept form and
identify axis of symmetry, x-intercepts, y-intercept, vertex, minimum or maximum.
Activities: Warm Up: Solve by factoring.
Guided Practice: Students practice problems with a partner or group on graphing quadratics
from standard, vertex, and intercept form and identifying axis of symmetry, x-intercepts, yintercept, minimum or maximum, and vertex. Students also practice solve by factoring.
Independent Practice: Study Guide Quadratics
Assessment: Exit Ticket
Materials: Spiral notes, Study Guide Quadratics
